"How much does pressure washing cost?" is the first question almost everyone asks, and most companies won't give a straight answer without coming out to measure. We do things differently. Below are our actual 2026 prices for Orlando, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Springs and the rest of Central Florida, plus what affects the cost so you know what to expect from any company.
Driveway Pressure Washing Cost
- Standard 2-car driveway: $150
- Each additional car space: +$100
- Add sidewalks: +$50
So a 3-car driveway with the front sidewalk would be $300. Every driveway job includes chemical pre-treatment, surface cleaning, post-treatment and rinsing your landscaping. See how we clean a driveway step by step.
House Washing Cost
House soft washing is billed at $0.22 per square foot of home size.
- 1,500 sq ft home: about $330
- 2,000 sq ft home: about $440
- 2,500 sq ft home: about $550
Houses are soft washed, not blasted with high pressure, so stucco, siding, paint and screens don't get damaged. Learn the difference between pressure washing and soft washing.
Roof Cleaning Cost
Roof washing is billed at $0.30 per square foot of roof. A 2,000 sq ft roof would be about $600. We use a low-pressure method that removes black streaks and algae without damaging shingles.
Window Cleaning Cost
Window cleaning has a $150 minimum. Price depends on the number of windows, how many stories the home is, and whether you want exterior only, interior only, or both.
Other Services
Paver sealing, pool screen cleaning, rust removal and gutter cleaning are priced based on the job. Call or text and we'll give you a number.
What Affects Pressure Washing Prices?
- Size. More square footage means more time and more cleaning solution.
- How dirty it is. Heavy mildew, years of buildup, or deep oil stains take longer.
- Surface type. Concrete, pavers, stucco, vinyl siding and roofs each need a different method.
- Stains. Rust, irrigation and oil stains often need a dedicated treatment.
- Access. Two-story homes, steep roofs and tight spaces take more setup.
- Insurance. A licensed and insured company may cost a little more than someone with a pressure washer from the hardware store, but you're protected if something goes wrong.
Is It Cheaper to Pressure Wash It Yourself?
Renting a pressure washer for a day usually costs about the same as hiring a pro for a driveway, and that's before cleaning solution, a surface cleaner and your whole Saturday. DIY also comes with the risk of etching concrete, striping, or damaging stucco and screens. For most homeowners, hiring it out is the better value.
