Why Commercial Pressure Washing Pays for Itself
Customers decide what they think of a business before they walk in the door. Black gum spots on the sidewalk, a green entryway or mildew on the walls tell them the place isn't cared for. A clean exterior tells them the opposite.
First impressions start at the sidewalk
Florida heat and humidity grow algae and mildew on concrete and walls fast, and foot traffic grinds dirt into entryways. Regular cleaning keeps your storefront looking open for business instead of tired.
Safer walkways
Algae and mildew make concrete slick when it's wet, and in Central Florida it's wet most afternoons in the summer. Cleaning it off keeps sidewalks and entrances safer for customers and staff.
Protect the building
Mold, mildew and algae left on stucco and paint for years wear down the finish. We soft wash walls with low pressure, so the building gets clean without damaging paint or stucco.
A schedule that works around you
Tell us your hours and we'll plan the work so it doesn't get in the way of customers. Many businesses set up a recurring schedule so the property never gets to the point where it looks dirty.
How we do it the Waddle Way
We pre-treat the surfaces, clean flat concrete with a surface cleaner for an even, stripe-free finish, soft wash the walls, and clean glass with purified water from a water-fed pole. Then we rinse everything down and walk the property with you or your manager.
