Why Clean Windows Change the Whole House
Windows are the eyes of your home. When they're covered in pollen, salt, sprinkler spots and Florida dust, the whole house looks tired, inside and out. Clean glass is one of the fastest, most affordable ways to make a home feel brand new.
More light, better views
Dirty glass blocks more sunlight than most people realize. Customers tell us all the time that they didn't know how dull their rooms had gotten until the windows were done. Brighter rooms feel bigger, cleaner and more welcoming.
Curb appeal you can see from the street
Sparkling windows make the outside of your home pop. If you're getting ready to sell, hosting family, or just want to be proud pulling into the driveway, clean glass is a small cost with a big visual payoff. Buyers notice details, and streaky, spotted windows say "deferred maintenance."
Protect the glass itself
Hard water from sprinklers and the minerals in Florida air don't just look bad. Left long enough, they can etch into glass and leave permanent marks. Regular cleaning removes those deposits before they become a problem, so your windows last and stay clear.
How we do it the Waddle Way
We use a purified water-fed pole system. The water is filtered until it has no minerals, so it dries spot-free with no soap left behind. That means second-story glass gets cleaned safely from the ground, with no ladders leaning on your gutters or stepping in your flower beds. Screens and tracks get cleaned too, and if you book inside and out, we hand-detail every interior pane.
How often should you clean them?
For most Central Florida homes, every 3 to 6 months keeps glass clear and stops buildup. If your sprinklers hit the windows or you're near a lake or pool, every 3 months is the sweet spot.
