Usually 2 to 3 years with a quality sealer in Florida sun. Heavily shaded areas or busy pool decks may need a touch-up sooner. I recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years.

You can walk on it after a few hours, but wait 24 to 48 hours before you drive or park on it. Hot tires can mark fresh sealer, so give it the full time. I'll tell you the exact window for your job.

Yes. Keep them inside while we work. Once everything is rinsed and dry, usually within an hour or two, they're good to go.

Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like stucco, siding, screens and roofs. It cleans deeper without damage.

Not when it's done right. We use a surface cleaner at the correct pressure and distance, so there's no etching or striping. If any joint sand washes out of your pavers, we replace it when we seal.

Almost never. Our purified water-fed pole system cleans second-story windows from the ground. Purified water has no minerals, so it dries spot-free.

Every 3 to 6 months for most homes. If sprinklers hit your glass, or you're near a lake or pool, every 3 months keeps hard water spots from building up.

In Central Florida humidity, about once a year for most homes. Shaded spots that grow mold and algae fast may need it every 6 months.

We hook up to your outdoor spigot. Water use is about what a short sprinkler cycle uses.

Light rain is fine for washing. Sealing needs dry pavers and a dry forecast, so if rain is coming I'll move you to the next clear day.

Most of the time, yes. Rust and irrigation stains respond well to a dedicated rust treatment. Deep, old oil stains can usually be lightened a lot, but some won't come out 100%. I'll always be upfront about what to expect.
